  6. Allows CNet-BBS SysOps to see which msg areas are using the most
  7. disk-space, or are very heavily fragmented.  It can then rebuild
  8. only those areas.  (Much quicker than trying to rebuild 100s of
  9. areas that don't even really need rebuilding in the first place.)
